Nature of the Agreement for IOG Student Programs
By purchasing a Student Program (3, 6, or 12 months), the customer enters into a fixed-term agreement for a defined period. Note: This is not a subscription, but a one-time purchase of a program with a set duration. The customer is committed to the full period from the point of purchase.
Payment Terms
Customers can choose between two payment methods:
Full payment upfront The full amount is paid at the start of the program.
Monthly installments The total price can be split into monthly installments matching the program's duration. Note: This is an installment plan, not an ongoing subscription. The full amount is binding regardless of payment method.
Cancellation
As this is a fixed-term agreement, it cannot be cancelled early. The customer is committed to the full duration of the program. In cases of illness or special circumstances, individual solutions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but this is not guaranteed.
Right of Withdrawal (for online purchases)
For online purchases, private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law. If the customer wishes to begin the program within this period, the customer must consent to delivery starting immediately. Once the program has started with consent, the right of withdrawal lapses.
Nature of the Agreement for IOG Camps and Clinics
When booking a camp or clinic, the customer reserves a spot at a scheduled event with a fixed date and duration. This is a one-time service, not a subscription. The booking is binding once confirmed and is subject to the cancellation terms below.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at booking, unless otherwise stated. A confirmed booking guarantees the participant's spot and allows us to plan staffing, equipment, and facilities.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@iogoaltending.com. Refunds are handled as follows:
75% refund for cancellations 30 days or more before the start date
50% refund for cancellations 15–29 days before the start date
No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before the start date
You're welcome to transfer your spot to another participant at no extra cost. Just let us know in advance of any name changes.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Danish consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to camps or clinics with a specific date or period, as these are considered time-bound leisure services. All bookings for such events are binding.
Shipping and Delivery Physical Products
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days of receiving payment. Orders are shipped with our trusted delivery partners, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Estimated delivery times:
Denmark: 2–5 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and weight. Please make sure your address details are correct — we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.

Digital Products
Digital products (downloads, e-books, program materials) are delivered immediately after purchase via email or download link. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for access instructions.
If you have trouble accessing your digital product, contact us at info@iogoaltending.com — we'll help as quickly as possible.
Partial Deliveries
If your order contains both physical and digital items, they may be delivered separately. There is no extra charge for this.
Use of Photo and Video Material
Photos and videos may be taken during camps, clinics, and other activities for documentation and marketing purposes. By participating in our events or programs, you consent to such material — including your image or likeness — being used both in print and digitally for marketing, social media, website content, and other commercial purposes.
For participants under 18, parents or guardians give consent on the child's behalf upon registration and participation.
If you do not wish to appear in such material, please notify us in writing before the event at info@iogoaltending.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Liability and Insurance
Participation in our camps, clinics, training programs, and events is at your own risk. We do our utmost to ensure a safe and professional environment, but we do not accept liability for injuries, accidents, lost belongings, or other incidents during participation. We strongly recommend that all participants carry personal accident insurance, as this is the participant's (or guardian's) responsibility.
