Nature of the Agreement on the IOG Student programs
When purchasing a student program (3, 6, or 12 months), the customer enters into a fixed-term agreement for a defined period.
Please note that this is not a subscription, but a one-time purchase of a program with a set duration. The customer is committed to the full term from the moment of purchase.
Payment Terms
Customers can choose between two payment options:

Full Payment Upfront
The total amount is paid at the beginning of the program. -
Monthly Instalments
The total price may be divided into monthly instalments corresponding to the duration of the program.
This is a payment plan, not a monthly service subscription. The full amount remains binding regardless of the payment method chosen.
Cancellation
As this is a fixed-term agreement, it cannot be cancelled early. The customer is committed to the entire duration of the program.
In case of illness or exceptional circumstances, individual solutions may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Right of Withdrawal (for Online Purchases)
For online purchases, private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with consumer protection laws.
If the customer wishes to begin the program within this 14-day period, they must give explicit consent for immediate delivery.
Once the program has begun with such consent, the right of withdrawal is waived.
Nature of the Agreement on IOG Camps and Clinics
When booking a camp or clinic, the customer reserves a spot for a scheduled event with a fixed date and duration.
This is a one-time event, not a subscription or ongoing service. The booking is binding once confirmed and is subject to the cancellation terms below.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon booking unless otherwise stated.
A confirmed booking guarantees the participant’s place and allows us to plan staffing, equipment, and facilities accordingly.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@iogoaltending.com.
Refunds are issued as follows:

75% refund if cancellation is made 30 days or more before the event start date.

50% refund if cancellation is made 15–29 days before the event.

No refund is given for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
You are welcome to transfer your spot to another participant at no extra cost. Please notify us in advance of any name changes.
Right of Withdrawal
According to consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to camps or clinics scheduled for a specific date or period, as these are considered time-specific leisure services.
All bookings for such events are binding.
Shipping and Delivery Terms
Physical Products
We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are shipped via our trusted delivery partners, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Estimated delivery times:

Denmark: 2–5 business days

Europe: 4–8 business days

Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and weight.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct – we cannot take responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

Digital Products
Digital products (such as downloads, e-books, or program materials) are delivered immediately after purchase via email or download link.
Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for your access instructions.
If you experience issues with accessing your digital product, contact us at [your email], and we’ll help you as soon as possible.
Partial Shipments
If your order contains both physical and digital items, they may be delivered separately. You will not be charged extra for this.
Use of Photo and Video Material
During camps, clinics, and other activities, we may take photos and videos for documentation and promotional purposes.
By participating in our events or programs, you consent to the recording and use of such material, including your image or likeness, in both printed and digital formats for marketing, social media, website content, and other commercial purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any such material, please notify us in writing prior to the event at info@iogoaltending.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Liability and Insurance
Participation in our camps, clinics, training programs, and events is at your own risk.
We do our utmost to ensure a safe and professional environment, but we do not accept liability for injuries, accidents, lost belongings, or other damages that may occur during participation.
We strongly recommend that all participants are covered by a personal accident insurance policy, as this is the responsibility of the participant (or their legal guardian, in the case of minors).
